Had to phone my solicitors today . The manner in which the young girls on reception spoke to me was really bad. one just said "yea" when she picked up the phone. It took me over one hour to make an app with my solicitor . first one girl said there wasnt a record of me having my will with them. I had to phone back. Iphoned back and asked to speak to first girl by name, I was told " eeerr shes on toilet, phone later" I phoned later to be greeted with" Haya, what". Just what has happend to good old " Hello smith and sons can i help you" And just what are parents and teachers,teaching children today , |
