	Kitty Turn it into rissotto.........add chicken (and stock) or peas or mushrooms...the list is endless! heat in hot,hot oven really well lol

	I am very sure LOL I mean the mixture had to be put in 12 cases and baked in a tin with those denty bits in...........the ones my husband uses for mince pies. Anyone got any ideas for really overcooked rice...........we had a visitor and its gone all stodgy:(( prods lump of rice hopefully Nope its just a wet mess I'm afraid.............sighs

	Right you lot......................my 9 year old did the measuring and most of the mixing, but I did the technical oven bit and they are edible!!!!! Honest....................well it was going to be one cake but turned into 12 as I don't own a larger cake tin, but apart from that...............wow!!!! guards them so no-one eats them xx
