I disagree with it Muffy, I wish we could refuse to pay our council tax, my council has spent millions on an uneccessary 1 way system.

But as I know when we got into arrears and had a rather unpleasant bailiff on the doorstep, we bloody well cant,

What are your views on this? Am I wrong to feel absolutely disgusted by this or am I missing something? The way I feel now I'd like to refuse to pay my council tax in protest !!!! xx
