system freezes on GR

I'm not sure which site GR uses for their records but I've ruled out Ancestry

GR does nothing... when i've looked at anything on ancestry (their free trial) i never had any probs at all..... it is only this site, i've just tried to look at another family record which i had previously accessed and it froze again.... i find it very rude of GR not to even respond, they say they make contact within 2-3 days but still nothing.

Sarah, does GR redirect you to Ancestry?
Ancestry are having problems like you describe.

i have taken out 6 months membership as GR was cheaper than sites such as ancestry, but i'm getting very annoyed that GR haven't even had the decency to reply..... if it was a pc prob surely it would freeze on other sites.

I think other members would agree not to use GR to access records as it's so expensive. There are other cheaper sites to access records and very kind GR members who will also assist with any searching of records.

not sure if anyone can help but since joining GR during the week, my system freezes only on GR so have ruled out computer prob.

the main time it happens is when i click on view record, i wait for the page to completely load before pressing but it freezes more often than allowing me to view pages.... i have left feedback for GR but have had no response, any suggestions as i'm having to crash out of my system.
