Ouch!! When you go to scan the document your 'scanner' will need to be told that you are scanning a document or "text/line art" whichever feature your scanner has . There are several modes for scanning ie Colour Foto, Black White Foto, Text/line art, Newspaper |

I have a document (a cv actually) of several pages that a friend needs e-mailing to a prospective employer. I was hoping that I could scan the document and email it for her. Trouble is - I don't know how to do it. I have a combined scanner/printer but how do I scan each individual page and make sure they all go onto the computer 'together' if you know what I mean and for me to be able to retrieve them and send as an attachment. I have only scanned photos before and they have gone straight into the Photo Programme I have installed but I have never tried to scan and import a document. I hope you can understand what I mean. Thanks. |
