very tasty Marion but maybe more fat than meat. there was a recent article in the telegraph saying that trotters were becoming all the rage for female anti ageing as they are super rich in colligen whatever its called lol

yes Sandie they are the intestines. Never had them boiled are battered. Always cold ith vinegar and pepper and bread and butter. Obviously they have been cooked before purchase lol

ohhhhhhhhh,yuck lol.

I was at a wedding on Fri. Lentil soup, Breast of Angus Chicken fillet with haggis,on a bed of saute potatoes. I dont eat haggis so I had the outside of the chicken breast and the three bits of potato that came with it ,probably cost a fortune too.
The tiny wee cheesecake was good though lol

Dont think i am pregnant... pity cos I would make a fortune, but I have developed a craving for a pigs trotter. I have hunted high and low in Bristol without success. are these delightful and delicious delicacies still available in this country and where? I would be prepared to travel in order to stafy my cravings.
