Hiya Tina... Thanks for that....I wasn't sure at first, it started off as a joke, I have had it written into my living will that I want my ashes placed under a tree....then said jokingly that I could go in with all the pets... so I looked into the feasibilty and the idea sort of took hold.

I am now quite serious about it, lolol

There is no reason why you cannot be put with your pets - hope you know that. As long as its not near any mains pipes or electric/gas. Some people dont know that!

Glad you have a lovely place for your pets.

Liz, all these used to curl up together when they were younger, it seems right that they are all together... And I am going in there with them, lolol!

Lol Helen..... all of mine have been cremated, so no problems there!

It is lovely isn't it Daff?

Our dog is buried in the only unpaved area of the garden, she was a digger when she was alive so had most of it paved over. There is a white lilac growing on the spot.

Our cat is in the front garden under the magnolia tree as that was where she used to prowl, meeting and greeting everyone who walked down the street. My other cats and our family dog are in the back garden of my parent's old council house, which is now owned by someone I know, and she hates gardening so it is like a jungle, they are undisturbed there.

Daff we have several pets in the garden ,plus a young friends parrot and her hamsters.(she didn't have a garden)
Good job it is a large garden!!!!!People down the lane who own the stables buried their favourite horse in theirs. You can just imagine the mound of soil!!!

Jac it was the landscaper who thought of it... and the spot is the best spot for Rosemary.

Liz, we looked at that one... it is a distinct possibility for the front... I have a short-list of 6... but it keeps getting longer. Won't be done until next year though.

Ann, it is such a relief... I can keep it under control now, and enjoy it.

Christine... I was looking for a dog and cat angel... haven't found them yet, but will find something to put there.

How lovely Daff, nice to be able to go to that spot and imagine them inspecting the garden now too.
I saw a wonderful tree at an open garden do yesterday, was a Robinia pseudo-acacia, called Lace Lady, the leaves looked as if someone had used curling tongs on it. It was such a lovely tree. I thought of you then with your hunky gardener lol

Thank you Stray and Christine. It is a beautiful little spot... not where I had originally intended, but the gardener was right, now that it is finished.
