I cannot believe the weather we are having here in South Wales tonight.
Strong winds and heavy rain.. I can hear it howling outside.

More like the middle of winter..... I have my heating on.

I'm here in Cardiff and couldn't agree more - like the middle of winter, dark and cold - I too have put the heating on again!!!

Today at 1.15 p.m. New Zealand Time
We are having bad weather too, but it is winter. We have so much snow that it looks as if the Ski Resorts will be open to Labour Weekend, 27 October if not 'til Christmas. At least some people are happy!

No I'm in Wellington but my home used to be Invercargill in the South Island. I was born in Surrey, a long time ago, so I know about English weather.
