We have and we love it .both of us have bad backs .OH has a ruptured disc and I have had sciatica caused by the spine slipping to one side and nipping the nerve, we both go to chiropractors for manipulation to keep our backs in shape but still had problems waking up with back ache. Last Nov I bought one of those honeycombed toppers, that has pockets for each section of the spine that need different support and its made a world of difference to us both.Chiropractor wondered what i had done the first appt after we had been sleeping on it for only three weeks.Doesn't make us hot either.
SIL had a big spinal op in Jan to remove a tumour but he was still having problems cos he has also a ruptured disc,They bought a topper 3 weeks ago and at last he gets a good nights sleep.
Its recommended a min 2" depth.
