Eating a varied vegetarian diet of foods you grew yourself seems the "safe" option, but how many of us can do that ?

There is nothing like a dame
Nothing you can name
Nothing looks like a dame
Nothing feels like a dame
And theres nothing wrong with any man here
That can't be cured by putting him near
A femine, female, cuddly, dame

Looks kinda distinguished when you have a white quiff in black hair on a woman, or white sides like Cruella

Hi Helen, yeah I know what you mean, it's lovely when you get them done. My hair is naturally very blonde so now I have my daughter put low lights in mine, slap on a bit of fake tan (Vichy is a good one) not too fake looking and it really makes a difference! If you're a none smoker too it shows in your skin. :0)

I got my BP checked in the market this afternoon. It was a couple of points high, but I'd not long had my dinner and I'd been busy around the market; so it was really ideal.
Cholosterol ? (spelling) That one's next.

You can't eat without it being too much of something these days
