Good morning to every one who knows me, and to all the new members that dont. I have not posted for a couple of months now, but I am missing the good company of many of my friends.

Firstly, I must say how shocked and sorry I am to read that Daff, Deanna and Jean are poorly. I dont Pray, but send my positive thoughts to you all and may you all get well soon and back posting on the boards. xxx

I shall be posting another thread to mention Gaynor Bear shortly, due to MSN changing. Ok, I realise many members that worked so hard during the relay are no longer members, and new members have never heard of GB. So do not expect too many replies.

I have not been too well myself over the last few months. My 'pain in the bum' has got worse and because I put off going to my GP has made things worse. Rheumatoid Arthritus test, has shown no RA factor at 'present' Just put back onto Anti Inflammatory pills yet again, and Codiene Phosphate. But after so much pain I had to go back to the Dr's last week as my hip was not getting any easier and I got a terrible painful swelling.

I have just been diagnosed with Septic Bursitis of the Trochanter bone and need Steroid injections, but I cannot have them due to the tissue being very badly infected. I am now on very strong anti -biotics and if they dont work shall have to go into hospital for a few days for IV anti-biotics. Then the injections into my hip bone which I am not looking forward to in the least. If this does not work, then MRA scan etc to see what is causing the inflammed Bursa.

I am in a lot of pain, and dont mind admitting I cry many a time with it. I dont really need HUGS btw. Just someone to chat to. If anyone else has had this painful condition it would be great to talk.

Jenny xx
