Hi Katty1.
Thanks for the advice, that was exactly what I have done, and have been doing for the past week.
I am able to print smaller trees I have access to, But I am still unable to print mine, and am still getting no help from the support team,
But thanks again for trying.

Hi

I clicked on the help tab above next to 'my account' and got details on how to print - followed this and printed, but had to stop as I have a large tree.

How do I print trees?

If you go to your tree you need to select the 'full tree'. You can do this by selecting the 'full tree' view at the top of the page. Click on 'print' to see the print menu. Full instructions are given on how to print out your tree here. You can print the entire tree. You can print a single page too depending on the size of your tree.

You can print out any trees that you have access to in the same way that you print out your own. You must view it in the 'full' tree view and then you'll see the option to print.

I am so pleased I have found others are unable to print there tree, I thought I was going mad. I have sent a number of e-mails to the site, I received one reply, with (step-by-step instructions), the other e-mails i have sent are not in English,( me being sarky) ,as i keep getting answers to questions i have not asked. .
I was told there is no preview for larger trees, ( I did not ask for a preview ) so I have now taken about 150 people out of my tree, so i have now got 900 in it, but it is still too big,
Can anybody please come up with a solution,
or shall I just go mad.

Are you sure that the "No Preview Available" dosen't just mean that there is no preview to see what your printing,but you can still print your tree.
I can't try it my laptop's not connected to a printer.

Please enable us to print our trees again, wanted to give family members our line and have tried and tried.I am not alone others have complained too. What can you do?
