Yvonne, I think Shelly had you down to look after Rita on Saturday, she'll have to swap you over with Sue if you want to do your shift on Sunday.

Rita, how are you today? I hope you managed to get some sleep last night. I think you need to go back to the doctors if you're still in a lot of pain. Your son might take you to out-patients if he thinks it's not getting better.

I had to answer the phone in the middle of typing that last post, by the time I'd clicked Submit, Shelly had been and gone.

Family lore always had it that my family name is french and that my grandmother had "met" her husbands cousins from France. But so far I have only got back to Chichester in about 1800. Maybe they were Hugenots or possibly even came with William the Conqueror.?

My typing once again vanished so here I go again my hand seem to be a lot better I can now use three fingers my thumb and first finger is painfull but not as bad. l stopped using the cream the doctor gave me to rub in as it was making my hand redder and very sore l started to get a rash since I stopped using it and have gone to an ice pack it is much better, I have slepted well as I have found how to place my hand on the pillow and it is more comfortable.
My friend came yesterday and got some shopping for me and today she is getting me some fish and chips for my dinner.
so things are looking up hope you are all keeping well ? an d have a good weekend.

I steer clear of the wine , it just makes me flushed and very heady so I don't bother now.................... well as for the men I have to keep an eye on them !!! Or they spend their evenings asleep. just like last night
Still need to finish the packing.
Well we had a late lunch so I don't need to cook tonight thats good
