No Mo I'm not thin If only!! Size 20 + I really hope it's the thyroid and the blood tests pin it down this time, and believe me. I eat small meals very few treats = cakes, biscuits, sweets. I don't drink alcohol.
What can I cut down or out. Already have low fat this and low cal that as hubby has high choloestrol.
Life cheats on us sometimes. I have a sister in law who can eat for England and is Skinny. Guess she'd like to have a bit more weight though and she is always exhausted.

Hi Girls
I am back I hated walking ac ross to the Surgery in the dark no street light where the trees are and they wind had blow branches down I was worried I would trip over but thank goodness I didnt.
I was the last one in there My blood pressure was the best it has been so far 130/100 thats good for me..
so it was worth going over there. I got back and logged on and had some emails my daughter said this week has been a nightmare she had to buy a New dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tv theres broke.
Then my son who is a paramdeic said he had been out on call and had strated bleeding again so his mate drove him, straight to the hospital where they gave him some antibiotics he said they saw me right away. I said I am not surpised when you were there in you green uniform with parmedic written in large letters
I tell you our family at moment are going through a hard time
I am going to watch "Children in Need Now "
I brought a cd single of the x factor singing " you are not alone " the proceeds are going to Great Orman Street hospital for Children, it is a lovely one and very sad.
