Yes I read this book too. Picked it up second hand in 'Jumunjy', a bar on an small Island called Koh Phangan, in Thailand. As I was on an Island I thought it was quite appropriate! Great book, kept me busy for hours whilst I sat on our balcony in the Jungle. Such a great insight into the life of people with Leprosy. I had heard of Leper colonies, but never really thought about it that much and this book really brought it home as to how it was from a personal view. Fiona |

Ros, I read it last year or the year before and mentioned it on here, recommending it as a fascinating book, and it's been read by the gr readers I think too. |
