Just wanted to say Rosalyn, that recently we had two posts advertised one for a qualified nurse and one for HCA.
Interestingly, for the HCA post there were 30 + applicants, seven made the short list and only two turned up on interview day!!

So I do agree with the comment about extending the deadline and wish you good luck with the interview.
Do you fit all the other criteria on the job spec? You could always say that you were willing to study for a degree, so you are not putting yourseklf down. After all it may be part of your "personal development plan" !!

I am so happy about that Rosalyn, I was just getting angry when I saw the update.
Good luck girl, you have EVERYTHING THEY WANT AND NEED.
