Lemon Nelly

Lemon Nelly Report 10 Apr 2009 10:12

Last night we took the eggs over for the wee ones, remember Bubble well she now has a wee brother Zak 21 months and a sister Georgia aged nearly 5 months.
They never cease to make me smile!
My Mum is registered blind though she has a teeny amount of sight at the corners of one eye, she has one of those white sticks with a big ball on the end to detect change in the paths.
We took her with us last night and decided to take the little people and the dog for a walk to give Mum and Dad some time to be quiet lol
Mummy gave us the buggy and warned us we would need it as the Zakky boy wont walk far.
Anyway my precocious wee man proved that one wrong :-0
We can't walk safely for most of the area as they are in a village and to go "country" the pavements are tiny, but luckily at the very back of their house is the biggest most wonderful old grave yard (Bubble gets most upset if it rains on HER graveyard) so we always walk round there for safety.
Bubble was on her bike, Gman was armed with the dog and poopy scoops, and this was when Zak got Mums stick.
He walked for an hour and a half, holding Mums stick and moving it from side to side as he must have seen her do.
When we crossed the road to see the horses we wanted him in the buggy...well the legs flailed the arms whacked and he bellowed for Scotland, HE WANTED HIS STICK BACK!
So we had to sit him in the buggy still er "guiding " himself with Mums stick and he was happy as a bunny in hay!
Meanwhile Mum had to hold on to the buggy all this time so I could keep her safe.
Anyone passing must of thought we were a right funny lot :-)

Anyway I need to go and do me stuff. Stay safe everyone and have a lovely Easter. Enjoy your family they are what is precious, but have fun here and come on you can do it......get General topics hopping again, the other thread shows loads of you still about...so go for it! Bye bye XXXXXXXXX PS this isny a leaving thread lol I so was not really here so no waving, just have some fun XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

ooops forgot to say...Bubble NEVER kisses Grandad without a struggle! Last night she had sore lips with the wind so when we got back she slathered her little 3 yr old gub with sudocreme (and I mean SLATHERED!) and then decided she MUST kiss Grandad immediatly :-)

Aye, I imagine a woman in a lemon catsuit and lemon stillettos wandering around a graveyard would attract a bit of attention ;-)

Oh what a shame, I missed you too, it's not so much fun on here any more and veeerrry lonely at night!

Hope you will come back sometime soon.

Your little ones sound so cute, I am green with envy.
