I CANNOT why are they takinig are money and getting away with it have you seen a place that says contact us??????? ALL I SEEE IS BUY CREDITS) no help

	This site? Are you looking at the records on here? As I understand it they only direct you to other sites and charge you credits for doing so. You're better off with Ancestry or Findmypast. Or ask on the Trying to find board for help. Jill
