I have had hay fever for 33 years now & grass pollen is in the summer

I left a tray outside during the day yesterday and noticed it was covered in pollen by late afternoon.

The oil-seed rape is coming into flower in so many fields near here. It doesn't bother me, but is one of the worst pollens for hayfever locally.

yes

years ago i lived up north and suffered occaisionly
and when we moved south i get it alot i am soooooo miserable when it starts up lol

I'm having a tough time with it yet again this year. Mine starts in and around March, pretty much as soon as there's any sight of spring, with tree pollen, and then carries on with grass pollen. :o(

I never had any kind of allergies 'til I was pregnant with my last child - he's nearly 10 now, but I've suffered ever since. I mysteriously "became" allergic to something a few years ago too, and went into anaphylactic shock, (we think it's asparagus) so it just goes to show, allergies can appear at any time.

Though some might not want it done as it is a Steroid

You can have an injection in March that will help with grass Pollen

I had mine done on the 24th

I've heard that eating locally produced honey can build up your resistance to pollens in your area.
Has anyone tried this?

It's a myth as its not the flower pollen that we are allergic to, it's tree's for now & grass in the summer then back to trees again

Black washing on the line near a silver birch tree yesterday had loads of pollen fall onto it.
