Enjoy your walk with your dog, am going in a minute to get ready for mine too, tis so quiet and peaceful here, how I adore this time of the day.

Sun is breaking through down here in Sussex ... good thing cos I have Grandson for the day ... do not relish entertaining one 10 yr old indoors all day!

Morning BM,

Oh how lovely, we keep missing each other, tis so good to hear your voice my friend.

I did too, walked and walked and walked, uphill and downhill and ohhhhh, my calves ... now that I am able to go out, walk further with Cass, I did this one by myself without him. I would have taken him yet ... what a doggie he is, he was (still is lol) fast asleep.

I was so happy, thought go for it and walked for just over half an hour ... felt a slight panic y feeling about 3/4's of the way through, looked up, saw houses and thought, Shimms, you're safe and relaxed again.

My goal is to walk further each day, always have adored walking and the outdoors.

Whoa Shimms ... I am chuntering ...
