You don't go to watch your favourite football team and fail to come back home. Certainly not 96 people.

Yesterday saw the 20th memorial of the 96 fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters who lost their lives in an horrific tragedy at Hillsborough in 1989. The service only emphasised strongly the need for justice to be carried out for the grieving families. If you didn't see the service which was broadcast on TV it would be an understatement to say that it is probably one of the most heart-rending services I have ever been present at..

The service was carried out at Liverpool's Anfield Road and it was a heart rending service which included a speech from former chairman of the Hillsborough Support Group, Trevor Hicks who lost his two daughters that day. Imagine, having to decide which ambulance to go in when your daughters are put into two separate ambulances going off to two different hospitals. That's exactly what Trevor had to do.

Justice for those tragic lives has never been carried out. The government need to look clearly at the evidence and carry out justice and finally let those families deal with their grief.

There are two ways you can show your support. Firstly, buy Fields of Anfield Road which is in HMV and downloadable online too. Secondly, visit http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/lfcdisaster/ and add your name.

Rest in Peace the 96
