Does anyone else have the same problem as me? when I access Hot matches it clicks a lot, jerks up and down the screen, is very slow, and returns to page 1 every time I send a message or delete a possible match......I laugh loosely as the Matches are a little hard to detect John MacDonald 1888 Isle of Harris was matched with Unknown and all other area's blank! not the only example of poor matching. anyone who can help please feel free with your suggestions I have now cancelled my subscription as everytime I contact the "Help" people they say they cannot replicate the problem.......if they come to my house I can show them. ........anyone..........please........pretty please.......help?!!!! |

Yes, it does go back to page one when you send a message. This seems to be the way that the program was written. If you want to discard, then open the match and discard from there - you will then return to the list page you were working from, rather than page one. |
