Computer help Please

I was printing a photo from an email and now I can't get the printer to stop printing the image I have 11 now please help

Go into control panel,.click on scan/printer., look to see if there's a'queue' for printing...delete

Plugging out and back in might not work. It will just start printing again.

Try cancelling the queue as Mau has suggested, but if this doens't work either (XP for some reason doesn't always let you cancel a print job) then go to Control Panel, Performance & Maintenance, Administrative Tools, Services.

Scroll down until you come to Print Spooler and Click on it. Then on the left hand side, click Stop the Service. Then click on Start the service.

Well I pulled the plug on the printer plugged it back in wrote a letter and printed it off and that is all it printed so hope I have sorted the problem thankyou all
