Hi Aileen,

I am trying to avoid a £35 call-out charge, only to find out it's something silly, like it is in lock mode or something.

Thanks for asking around!

Hi Sue,

They are usually very helpful and I am sure it won't cost you diddly either.

I'll have a look at the makes some of my peeps use and if one tallies then I'll get back in touch with you.

Have a nice weekend, what is left of it.

Hi Aileen,

I did try googling to see if I could download a manual but no luck with that. Will give my local dealer/service chappie a ring on Monday.

Thanks!

Sue

Sue,

If you google the make of the wheelchair you will get a list of suppliers who could probably get a manual sent to you or they may be able to help you over the phone.

Worth a try.

A long shot, I know - but does anyone own a Shoprider Viena wheelchair and have a manual for it?

I have one that when I push the on button I just get a flashing red light and no action. Usually flashing lights on wheelchairs give a code for finding the fault - hence the need for a look-up in a manual.
