I'm falling to bits!!!
Last evening I thought I would transplant my strawberrrires to a new pot, I carefully sat on the garden chair (can't kneel from surgery 4 weeks ago to my knee) Everthing was going well then......................................................................
I lent forward and click ....my back went, I was home alone and had to wait 30 minutes before I could move enough to get to the couch, where I took painkillers and anti-inflamatories..........
Still very, very sore today bur I can walk and straighten up better!!!
I HATE getting older!!!!! :o{

Still sore and the painkillers make me sleepy, or is that Harry Conick lulling me to sleep? feel dead relaxed!! :o)

MY DOC TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN GIVE ME NEW JOINTS, BUT NOT A NEW BACK!!!!!!

WELL, THAT'S ONE OF THE DRAWBACKS OF GETTING OLDER.
