I have been given on loan from the hospital a tens machine for the constant pain from the lump on my hip. I just wanted to say, how wonderful I am finding it. So much that I am going to buy one tomorrow.
Has anyone else used one and do they have any tips to give me?

I cannot have my lump removed until I have rebuilt some wasted muscle on my botttom and hip. So at the mo having to have Physio.

Jenny.

I have 'Googled ' Tens machines and apparently Ll**d's chemist have them for sale online for only £14.99. So i shall go to the local chemist and get one. I will check that theirs is the same as the one I have from the hospital.

Thanks for your replies.

No tips for you Jenny, but it's good to know the tens machine is doing you some good. Also I can tell others they are worth trying if in pain constantly.

Jenny. My hospital gave me one to keep, as they said no-one can use it after.

I get the refill pads in ASDA pharmacy

It is good as long as you keep it, but I find the minute I take mine off the pain just hits bad.

Good luck with yours though Jenyy.
