Oh bless, hope things get back to normal soon for Rob and hope Mark's hamstring injury isn't too sore.

I hope Marks ham string doesn't cause too many problems for him.

Pmsl at Rob, typical man, no sense of direction lol, Lin he should have got a tandem and had you on the back 'map reading' Lol ;o)

Put some deep heat on his crown jewels, that'll get the feeling back lol.

Thank you for all the good wishes.
The result is that Mark finished in just over 4 hours , after pulling hamstring after first mile.

Rob............ well what can I say lol.
He took a wrong turn and ended up doing just over 56 miles pmsl !!!!
He said he feels ok this morning but, his " crown jewels " are still numb !!!!

But they are both my heroes .

Cos my OH has just left to do a 45 mile bike ride for our local hospice............and my step-son is running in the London marathon.
Fingers crossed for no injuries.
