Just wondered if you have a separate tree to you husband on here or if it's a joint one? With the credit crunch it would reduce the fees a bit.

I have a small joint tree on here, direct lines only, and my full tree, all children ect in on my PC. If I get a connection through the direct lines I then elaborate to the other person the branches and twigs.

We have a single master copy on FTM and upload single versions to GR, Ancestry, Rootweb and Tribal, from time to time.

Maybe I'll put them on Ancestry. What with Ancestry subs and FMP fees plus SP credits it's all getting a bit much. Hang on a minute my pension has just been raised now what can I buy with that LOL

You do not have to pay to have a tree on GR or Ancestry.

I have also organised to put my tree on Tribal Pages. This is a free site and you can have it totally private if you wish. So no one gets in unless you want them to and give permission.

Check it out and no subs

I have one big one on here and separate ones on my PC.

I have both parents for both of us (4), parents' siblings and spouses but not their children. Same with 8 grandparents - their siblings & spouses but no children. After that, it should be 16 great-grandparents, but they can't all be found!

I can go back to the 1500's with a couple of them, the 1700's with a few - and not very far at all with a couple of them. I just add them as I find them.

Idiot that I am I forgot about the free membership. That's a really good idea of yours THANK YOU. We have been members since 2003 and I think on OH we probably could make him the free member (at least that's what I'll tell him) he he.
