Poor you.... now if you take any notice of the advice we all give you you will recover quickly!
Feet up, drink at your elbow.... (soft, not alcoholic) and a good book.
To put it another way......REST YOURSELF!

The 3 deleted posts are mine, l tried to get this on here at 8 something this morning....here's hoping it works now...lol

Morning:o) Evening now...lol

Daff....l hope you did'nt think l meant that l've had a devestating setback, gawd its not that bad honest. l was just playing with Liz and the posh word, which is really exacerbate, but it was easier to describe whammy!!!! lol lol

My back and walking actions are much better thanks to my chiropractic:o)) Noooo he's not hunky bless him...lol lol but a very good chiropractic. The arthritus made me walk badly and gradually l was putting my whole body out of alignment, which believe it or not gave me bowel probs also,(had to see a Dr at Hereford last week, he was no help!!) well the bowel prob is definately better and l'm walking better. Ohh yes please SueM l'll borrow your lovely stick, then l can walk into town faster :o)))

Just got back from work and l actually ran upstairs, first time in ages!!!

Jude, sorry you have been struggling and hope the better ankle is well again, walking with difficulty can only exacerbate spine problems too, so a double whammy for you, Make it a great excuse to rest as much as poss, sod the swearword lol

Your sympathy is asked for for Jude, who,s arthritis is being made worse by twisting the opposite ankle and has been hobbling on both feet! She makes light of it but I am sure it is very painful. She probably wont speak to me now I,ve done this!
