Having carefully and lovingly uploaded most of my precious photoes, I was delighted that they looked so good, perfectly framed. NOT ANY MORE! Since what I assume is an update of the photo area, all my photoes are messed up....part of heads/legs missing, half the face gone...when something worked so well, why on earth change it. I am really upset and would be grateful if anyone knows how to rectify this or must I redo and crop each photo and upload again? HELP PLEASE!!

do you think it is something to do with the problem they had early on? have you e mailed them to ask?

HI moyra mine same just looked at mine while showing my mother in law what i was doing with the family tree and could not beleive it most of heads chop off like you discriped WHAT HAVE THEY DONE now at the weekend i will have to do it all again louise x an upset genesxx

Some of my photos are messed up too. Why do they have to alter things and make them worse.

Exactly the same for me-so much time and effort wasted-you know what they say "If it ain't broke , don't mend it"-I was happy with the original format.

Genes Re have this annoying habit of programming amendments to the system but they never ask us first.

I have complained. My photos took ages to do too. Its madness. I will be leaving Genes if they dont correct it all.

if we correct their error now what guarentee have we they wont foul up again!

Also i cant change the frames,or get rid of them
They crop the piccies now
have deleted some as they are now he wrong size

Just found that if you click on ""enlarge photo "" you get the whole piccie,not cropped

hi mine are the same heads chopped off or out of line i wish they would stop tinkering the only make things worse just a bunch of cowboys . i wish this had happened acouple of days ago as i have just renewed i could have told them to stuff this site were the sun dont shine i will not renew in six months time its not worth all the hastle.

I also had a go at changing the picture to enlarge but it does`nt work for me either. Have sent a message to GR asking if they can give advice on getting larger pics. Here`s hoping either wise I`ll have to delet them as well.

Mine is the same a lot of my photos have gone I also had one of my sister and myself but my sisters head has gone. Even when I click enlarge her head does not come back
