My Mum, who made the most beautiful clothes for us, both casual and formal, cooked the best pies in the world, who could knit so fast, without watching the knitting and while watching TV, even the most complicated patterns. Who did the best craftwork, crotcheting, paper tole, quilling, cross-stitch. Who would do anything for anyone to help. Who made the most beautiful knitted cardigans and jumpers for her grandkids and just loved them all to bits. Who cared for my Dad with his undiagnosed Alzheimer's even as he cared for her with her MND. Who once living in the aged care facitity they had to move to, would go and talk to new friends because they were all worse off than her and needed cheering up. My Mum who I miss so much.
