This is a stupid request I know and I never used to have trouble. I have a HP all in one scanner and printer and I am trying to scan a photo after scanning it I can't find where it is stored any help please

hi margret when you scaned the photo you would have had two options one to save on the hp photo album or some were else have a look in my pictures or my documents . hope this helps.

Hi Somersetman it says I have scanned into my hp photo album but they are not there thanks it also says the date

hi margret when you scaned them did you go through the solution centre and did you save them! if you go through the photo smart essential you will see a bit showing hp album thats where they should be if not i am afraid that you will have to do it all again.

My computer has a "recent items" record.
Perhaps yours does, in which case all you have to do is take a look and see it it is itemised on there.
It is so lovely for me when I see that I am not the only one who needs help. ;-0)

Hi I went through the photo smart essential and it shows me the date I scanned the photo but they are not there only the older ones I have tried several times and each time it says the same
