	Jgee we had a blind man assembling rocker shafts for diesel engines, even knocking in the retaining pins and blanking caps. FASTER than sighted men. it was said the the blind man concentrates on what he is doing, and is NOT disturbed by the "Sighted" world around him...... Bob
