It might be worth checking your bank arrangements.

Our Lloyds account includes basic AA cover and as its a joint account we are both covered.

We just pay a top-up for Homestart etc.

At the mo we are only running one car, the other is 'SORNED' but I am using o.h.'s car as a named driver, however the breakdown cover is only in his name and it would be better if it covered the car rather than the driver. We aren't married tho so this causes a problem with some companies who aren't very modern in their outlook.

Can anyone recommend the best people to go to for this,please? He is about to renew if I can't find anything to cover us both and as I might try to escape for a few days on my own in the car, he has his bike lol, I do want to be covered altho the car is in good order and will be mot'd soon, you just never know when you might need cover.
