Barnes Ness up by Dunbar, Lothian on the coast and very quiet when we went there (years ago).
Camping and Caravan Club site, handy for Edinburgh and touring coast and inland.
A trip round the nearby nuclear power station was a must.

Pembrokeshire is beautiful, most places in Wales to be honest. North Cornwall too.

To be honest I think the UK has got lots of wonderful places to visit, its just a shame about the weather.

Ireland is very beautiful too, the food fab and the people very friendly.

Some lovely camping sites in the New Forest , Hampshire. From carry your own toilets to everything laid on. Forestry Commission own the sites, and there is a privately owned one in Godshill, very posh, with swimming pool etc. called Sandy Balls Caravan and Camping site, Have log cabins, caravans and take touring vans and tents.
