Having had a break from family tree research, I am having trouble with the new style family tree, for example if I look at my mothers earliest ancestors and come forward in time down the line, the tree stops with my mothers parents and my mother and all her siblings do not automatically show as they did before. If I start with myself and go backwards in time there is not a problem. I am even having trouble explaining the problem!! Does anyone understand what I mean? If not I will try again to explain it again. HELP!! |

Helen, I may be wrong but is it because you are looking at the tree in sections, ie clicking on descendents and then ancestors in stead of the full tree? |

Thanks for reply. i may be doing this all wrong then. If I click on myself, my husband and children will then show up. If I click on my grandmother, her husband and siblings will show, but not her children, including my mother. |
