Annie, how lovely to catch up with her again after all this time. and glad she still has her Dad for support. I bet he is thrilled with his three grandchildren.

I recently met up with an old friend who now lives in America, I found her on Friends a few years ago and we stayed in spasmodic contact. She was over here to stay with her sister so I caught up with them both. Since then I have made contact with her daughter who is now nearly 40 and also lives in California, she too has three children, two from a marriage and one from a later relationship, and she has been emailing me back and forth and remembers me and things we did together when she was very young, I never realised how much impression my visits and such made on her, bless her. She remembered my cats' names and stuff, it was lovely, made me feel ancient tho as she has a daughter only 7 years younger than my son but there are 23 years between us lol

What news of the flat deposit? - there was something on tv about accommodation rental and deposits Monday evening, the One Show I think it was.
