Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Christel, Lynn in Tenby, Yorkshire Caz,Vicky, Liz [Diamond], Rita, Daff, Keith [Hoff], Deanna, Joyce [Dutch], Dormouse, Lady Rach ,"another Anne from glos' daughter","Lamedos Pam and her sister" and all who are needing our thoughts. For Tiger Lilly's father who has had heart problems.Also Joyce(Dutch) and Hazel(Lancashire Witch) as they are both not well at present. Also Karen in the Desert's Dad, who is in hospital.
Mac is back home waiting for an angiogram to see how he can be helped. Any updates at all?

Adding Dizzi who is waiting for test results, hope all will be OK.

Hope Yorkshire Caz is feeling OK after her walking exercise.!!!

All the great spiritual leaders in history were people of hope. Abraham, Moses, Ruth, Mary, Jesus, Rumi, Gandhi, and Dorothy Day all lived with a promise in their hearts that guided them toward the future without the need to know exactly what it would look like. Let's live with hope.


Dog has gone back to my son's. Dad is up, but rather down. Hopefully he will pick up when the childminded children come before school. Got to fit a lot in today. Mum still sleeping, will get her up when I get back from the school.

Hopefully the weather will remain dry for a couple of days.
