Just putting my name on this one. I can no longer access my tree. Suggested "fix" didn't help me.

Great, thanks for nothing GR

Ellen, I thought it was just my tree. GR lopped the top 700 people off it at the end of March and it is still not repaired/reinstated. Strangely I keep getting hot matches! I can't tell if they are cos I cant access my tree!

Despite lots of messages I am no further forward. Hope you have better luck

Hi HRH - How fantastic - I've just done a search on a rellie and there he was! All these weeks of anguish. Why couldn't GR have told me to do that? Thank you so much.

Sandy

Since that last set of changes it appears that the tree need a bit more space to download. If there is insufficient space on your PC then it will not download fully, hence it appears that some of the information is missing. By space, I am referring to the amount of disk that is allocated to the internet cache, not just the free space on your disk.

Delete your internet temp files then try again. If this dosn't do the trick, and especially if your PC is a bit old, then try increasing the amount of disk space allocated to internet files.
