For those who have taken a keen interest in things. I have been to league meeting to vote on a new proposal of merging North and South to form a County league, which will enable the girls to play right up til open age; where they can enter a Midland league and onto a conference league. At the moment as many of you know there is no progression beyond under 14's for ar girls, so the original way forward as it were was that we moved to the North and went under 16's which meant spliting the Angelz up or meant they could train together, but 3 wouldnt be allowed to play one being my Jo ~ well the vote went 27 - 2 for it which is fab news. We now await the North vote but a little birdie {not budgie} told me they aint got 25 teams eligable for a vote so lol to that x |
