I also buy the vol-au-vont cases and make a white sauce, just flour,marg and milk(not too much) Melt marg and flour till it is like a paste and then gradually add milk. You can put in ham, prawns and other things. |

Claire I buy ready made cases, and used morrisons condensed mushroom soup, dry fry some chopped mushrooms, add them to the soup (no need to add water)season to taste, warm in pan, only takes a few minutes,spoon into cases.....I have also made cheese and onion ones too.there are lots of fillings you can make, I cook the cases first yhen add the hot fillings great for buffets......... |
