I need to thank so very many of you for your kindness, loyalty and friendship not just today but ever since I told you about Stephen. I have been described as brave, kind and many other things. I am just a Mum who has lost a special part of my life, like so many others, but you all have seen me through the last three years and especially today, you have given me the courage to carry on, and after three years of trying, I chose Stephen's headstone today. There are not words in the english dictionary to express my gratitude, but thank you, seems insufficient.

Bless you all so very very much.
And yes Sue, I know Stephen and Annie are soulmates. Their candles burn side by side in my lounge.

Gillian, there is no such thing as "just" a mum.
We were and always will be.

You have been in my thoughts so much today Gillian, and of course your Stephen and the rest of your loving family.
I wish you strength to continue to be the special Mum Stephen knew and loved to all the family and grandma to your young people learning about the world and it's joys and sorrows, and to continue your work to let more people know about SADS.
