Yes Liz.......You could well be right about the weekend pad....., and of course Brighton has excellent night life, that as we all know "Our Carol The Party Girl" loves......

Glad your daughter had a good time with Carol and her party. Carol's a bit daft getting that drunk, she won't keep her youthful looks much longer if she does that too often lol
I thought she had mentioned Brighton before hence wondering if she had a 'pad' there

Joan, I beleive shes a sort of Journalist/ Broadcaster ....many years ago {around early 90s} she co hosted a radio show with Chris Evans, who she then went on to marry, the marriage broke up after a few years, and he went to do TV shows like Don`t forget your Toothbrush, and TFI Friday, he also was a big name DJaying at Radio One and Virgin Radio, and he currently hosts the drive time show on Radio 2....what Carol did in the intervening years I`m not sure, but I read somewhere that she was caught up in the Tsunami on Boxing Day a few years ago, and wrote a powerful newspaper article about her experiences, with all the proceeds going to the Tsunami relief fund.

Nowadays I think shes just a Loose Women panellist.........

Got an update from daughter earlier today......she ended up sitting on a big table with Carol and her boyfriend and a load of others.......apparently Carol was SO drunk she`d been thrown out of the previous bar, daughter said her boyfriend is absolutely gorgeous....... she didn`t get a photo of her, though one of her friends did.

If she can pull a 26 year old at 49 years old then good luck to her..............I hope it all works out for them.

Not sure about her having a weekend place in Brighton, I know she often says on the show that she goes to Thailand for long weekends, and is definetly a sun lover, so can`t imagine she`d want to spend a great deal of time in Brighton....................

Loved the three of them on J.Ross last night, on again tonight at 1.40am - well ok Sunday morning - and like the programme most of the time too, they have such a way with them all and such good rapport together and with guests.
As far as I am concerned, Carol seems very happy and if he is too, good luck to them, she doesn't look her age so if they 'work' together then hope the relationship continues and the wedding takes place in the not too distant future.
I would imagine she has a holiday/weekend place in Brighton perhaps, but it's the place to go from London anyway it seems.

Hi Pam... Yes Carol must be on a "dirty Weekend" in Brighton..... I`m sure she will be telling all on Mondays show.


Carols one of my favourites along with Densie Welch and Coleen Nolan...... I just love their honesty and the way they tell it how it is....

she wants ro get a phote, I don`t think young people go in for autographs... think thats more from our era.....she`ll probably want to put the photo on her facebook page.....
