Hi Linda, no it wasn't me, I have never been on a treadmill, although at times it seems like it going back and forth with things from boxes.

Hi Caz
I think a while back, when you moved you had to do some walking on a treadmill?
But as you've only just got back online it is all a while back and you've passed all the tests and forgotten about it. Believe it was Purple Liz who said about it.

So glad you are back and in communication though. Take care

Good morning all, so lovely to see I am still included Linda, thank you. I found I was on after tea last night but was too tired to send any message. Hope your mum and dad get their home soon, it is the best thing I ever did, much easier to get round when I am unable to walk far.
By the way, what do you mean about my 'walking exercise' ?

Anne Frank:
Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands.

Mum and Dad are OK with my sister. They are just waiting for their retirement appartment now.

Have a good day everyone. Hoping the wind drops and it doesn't rain too heavily, though the gardens need it.
