Air Raid Wardens during WW2 and RAMC in WW1

Thats interesting, I did not realise there were records kept on the Air Raid Wardens. My grandfather was one in WWII in Bristol.

My grandfather served in the ARP in Chadwell Heath, Romford, How can I find out about his service during this time,I have checked the military records on-line but alias nothing, Also he served in the R.A.M.C. during WW1 is their any way of obtaining his service record as I believe these records are held by the Red Cross. Can anyone help?
