Had a call from Emmybaby this afternoon, court case re her access to grandchildren was today and went very well. Next time in court August 18? but judge was very positive towards her and her hubby, and not to her son and his wife. Apparently the children are to be interviewed seperately by a sort of Mediation panel or whatever it is to see how they feel, their parents won't be about when they are interviewed and there is notice taken of their body language as well as what they say, in case they have been tutored to say what the parents want. The son and d.i.l. left the place in great haste with scowls on their faces! I hope things get sorted out positively so the contact can be reinstated and kept up between Emmybaby and her grandkids at last.
Keep your fingers crossed for her, well not till August but send positive vibes please - it's been a long and rocky road for her and would be great if the children could be in touch again.

Thats good news. It is so hard to lose contact with grandchildren that you have grown to love. Why should you?

Oh that is good news, I am sure Emmababy is delighted with that outcome.

She's not able to get online at the mo but will add more when she gets back to where her computer is, next week sometime I think she said. She is babysitting her new little granddaughter tomorrow so something lovely for her there.
