Morris had his test today and he has got Brugada Type 1 which is a strain of SADS, this means he needs a defribullator fiited, only hope its soon. A bit shell shocked, but this probably tells us what Stephen had, Morris thinks that Stephen died and saved him. Thanks for all your support.

Gillian....my heart goes out to you, but atlast you know and it can be sorted, as you say the sooner the better.
Yes, Morris is kind of right, if Stephen had'nt died then Morris may well have and also other members of your family. Such a sad way to find things out though. Just believe now that Morris will be ok and he has helped to safeguard the rest of your family....does that make sense?

So glad for you all that the specialist has found which strain of SADS it is and that Morris can have the operation asap.

Mac, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome or Sudden Arrythmic Death Syndrome, if you google SADS you can find out lots more

Gillian, whilst I am sorry Morris has more to go through, better you and he know what he is up against, and as he has said, his brother has helped save his life and that of others in your family and beyond. I hope all works out well for Morris and all with these problems.
