for my best friend here she called this morning with something for Jan,and he said i felt realy sorry for her she was nearly crying,they put there house up for sale and moved in to old peoples bunglow,but she hates it,Jan said i wonder if it was her hubbys idea shes loverly but hes horrable man i could,nt stay in the same room as him,i said to Jan cant she take the house of the market and move bvack in,he said i dont think so,going to ring her the only problem is she dos,nt speak english but we,ve been friends foe about 7 yrs,we enjoy each others company

I hope your friend may be able to get her home back, if everything has not been signed... sometimes moving into more 'practical' accommodation is not the best thing emotionally.

Though having said that moving home is stressful in itself so your friend may well settle in a few months....it takes a good while sometimes not to miss the familiarity of the home you have been in a long time .

Hello Dutch.....thats really sad, l know you will miss your friend too. But R Rose is right she may well take a few mnths to settle, if she really does'nt want to move though she ought to get it sorted now. Hope it all works out:o))

her house has,nt been sold as yet but i cant see her oh going back ,but she lived just 2 mins from me ,and there was traffic and horses going past,were she is now theres no sounds nothing to look at ,while in her old house facing her,s there was streams running in front of the houses on the other side,and people fishing there shes only 69 yrs ,and her sister just lives round the corner from were she lived,but she see,s know one now,and i cant walk that far even though its only 20mins can get one way but cant walk back,and we dont have any bus service our end as its all open fields and farms just small villiage,i hope she does come back to were she was happy

Hi Jude remember me telling about the meat would,nt go into the freezer well i must have thought i was talking to you,as i was telling you in my sleep Jan said what were you on about i said i no i was telling Jude,got right telling off last night i was trying to make space for some more B.B.Q and he was trying put things in that would,nt go,so he blow his top and said to me you could have done that in the day time,but your to busy on pc,i think its his blood presure as its high he goes back to the diabete clinc monday,well never mind do i ever take any notice NO,

The more l think about your friend the sadder the situation is, l do hope she can move back, it sounds idylic (sp) and she must have been happy there, why is she moving??

I think it was her oh its nearer the pub shes very quite but i think what it was when you put your name down it takes about two years which would have been ok,as shes near her g.children and the shops ,but they got within aweek ,and in her own house we use to sit in the kitchen why he was in thr living room,but were she is now its one big living roon and very small kitchen,it would drive me nuts if i had to stay in the same room as him

Hello Dutch.....what a difficult situation,as you say these moves usually take a couple of years, so unusual to take a week, typical!!?? Hope she can settle.
