I believe anything these days - if you don't know when you have repaid your mortgate, anything is possible. Evidently the £13,000 was a year's interest - how much was the mortgage?????

Well its obvious innit??

the motorbike is in case he has to make a quick getaway,( HE doesnt have to do the driving, thats what the Dog is for......)
the hang glider..well he can jump off a cliff and hope for the best........
and the binoculars are in case the dog.........needs to find him!!,
