Runny... fried poached or boiled.... but the yolk has to be runny... I buy free range but guaranteed salmonella free hens eggs at the moment, for obvious reasons, lol.... I can't get enough of them since they have been back on my menu... scrumptious!! I went off scrambled egg when I was in hospital.... they were so gross!! Yuk!!

Love

You certainly can Rose.
I always buy free rangeif I have to buy eggs, but I get a dozen every Saturday from my step dad...his mate has chickens on an allotment, mind you they come fresh straight from the hen and sometimes not so clean. They sometimes have straw and something else still on them.

I don't eat egg if it's runny. eg poached egg, runny boiled egg (ok if yellow) or fried egg where the yolk is runny or orange.

I only eat my egg when it has a yellow yolk.

Amanda, the same as my eldest son, who wouldn't eat sausage but would eat a sausage roll when he was little, I could never understand it.

Funnily enough my youngest daughter just asked for a fried egg sandwich...........as I was cooking it it occured to me that she won't eat a fried egg if it's part of a dinner ie egg, chips and beans.........whats that all about I wonder ?

Fried, scrambled, poached, soft boiled, hard boiled, I like them anyway.
and good for you and not thought to be so bad for us after all, according to recent scientific research which they will no doubt change their minds about again.
Long live the humble egg.
